You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click from your account. From our website (not available via mobile apps), log in to your account and go to your account area . Then click on “Subscription”. Under your plan, click on “Cancel my subscription renewal”. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date to ensure it is processed.
If your subscription was made via the GooglePlay/App Store., you can cancel it through your Google Play or App Store account. For more flexibility, we recommend using the website to purchase and manage your subscriptions.
The subscription will then end either at the end of the free trial period or at the end of the current billing period. Your account will be deactivated and your data anonymized. Your account can be reactivated in the future, and you will recover all your past data.
