If you encounter a technical problem on the platform, please take the following actions:
- restart your device
- reduce the number of open windows on your device
- empty your cache and reload Sooner
- try to open the page in another browser (Mozilla, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Safari) and reload the Sooner page
- open the page in incognitus mode
If none of the above five actions works, please contact our customer service department by clicking on the help button in the top right corner of the screen. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible.
