Films may not be present (anymore) in the subscription formula because we do not have the distribution rights (anymore) to offer the film in our subscription.
On top of that, all films are also subject to the chronology of digital media. Films are only available digitally in a subscription 2 years after the theatrical release. Therefore, the latest new films are always only available for rental on Sooner.
