I have a subscription and watched a movie, yet I have been charged. Why?

When you have an Essential subscription, you get unlimited access to all the movies in our subscription catalog. Those are the movies with no €- symbol on the poster. The other films with yellow ticket €-symbol are only available by renting them separately.

If you have a Premium subscription, in addition to access to the subscription catalog, you also get three CinePass each month to rent movies with a yellow €-symbol. Any films rented in addition to those three CinePass will also be charged. That is, if you rent a movie with a CinePass you will be billed for it but this amount will not go from your account.
